Dear NEW JERSEY STATE POLICE representatives,

As a member of the public, I am requesting documents to gain a clearer understanding of a recent incident. The case I am referring to happened on:

Incident Date: 27th July 2023

Arrested By: NEW JERSEY STATE POLICE

Under Penalty of N.J.S.A 2C:28-3, I certify that:
1. I Have not been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
2. I, or another person, WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
3. I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

Could you please release the narrative report that explains the incident from the department's perspective, as well as any additional officer accounts?
