Please be advised your OPRA request submitted to this office is currently
invalid as written.  Requestors are not required to use this OPRA request
form; however, a written equivalent not containing the form requirements
of N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5(f) and N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5(g) may be denied by a
custodian. Therefore, at this time we ask that you complete, sign and date
the attached OPRA request and return same to the Township Clerk or you can
re-submit your request via opra machine including all requirements under
OPRA. 

Please be guided accordingly.

Connected to the occurrence involving:

Arrested By: Weehawken PD

Is it possible to get a copy of the main report written about this? I'm
just trying to understand the sequence of events to get the full story.
Any other notes from officers would also be great.
