Hello, I'm trying to find some information about an event that occurred and was hoping you could help. The case I'm referring to is:

1. I Have not been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
2. I, or another person, WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
3. I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.
We believe transparency is key to building trust. In that spirit, could you please share the main incident report and any additional notes from the officers involved? This would provide a much-needed 360-degree view of the situation.

Can you please fill out electronic OPRA request from our Township website? www.gtnj.org I'm aware its not a requirement, but it would be extremely helpful for our staff because we utilize a software system to track OPRA requests coming in/out of the office and it makes it much easier.
