Good morning, I am gathering information for a detailed report on police procedures and community interactions. My request pertains to the following incident:

Arrested By: Lacey Twp PD
Under Penalty of N.J.S.A 2C:28-3, I certify that:
1. I Have not been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
2. I, or another person, WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
3. I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.
My primary focus is on the sequence of events. To that end, please provide:
1. The complete Detailed Narrative Report.
2. All supplemental narratives from responding officers.
3. Any documents containing narrative content, such as arrest reports or field investigation notes.
Should redactions be necessary, please provide a log citing the legal basis for each omission.
