The last 2 years of premium rates and plan designs for Health and Dental Insurance including COBRA as well as that were given to new hire employees and current employees and those on COBRA for the last 2 years.
The timeframe for these documents is November 1, 2022 - April 1, 2023.

Dear Roberta Lang, Jennifer Cinelli and Jeffrey Bertrand :
I requested the 2022 and 2023 "health" and "dental" costs and plans for Wall Municipal Employees under OPRA on OPRA MACHINE ON 4/28/2023.
I received an incomplete OPRA reply from Sean Kean's office on 4/28/23 which required me to be tracked when opening which I specifically requested not happen.
Mr. Kean is my assemblyman and the Wall Township attorney. I requested all be returned as a PDF to not be tracked so why did this happen?
Given what was returned was only 8 pages there was no reason this could not be returned as a PDF by Roberta Lang the Wall Clerk unless the intention was to purposely "track" anyone reviewing the documents.
The cost in the first column provides the cost which includes a stand-alone vision plan that I did not request. The state plans do not include stand-alone vision paid for by the taxpayers. Does Wall Municipal?
Kindly show me just the Health rates for both 22 and 23 with a simple heading showing these are Wall Twp rates and the year of coverage you are providing. I have no idea if this is 2022 or 2023 or if these are Wall Rates without a heading and not sent by the Wall Twp. Clerk? Why also is one year missing?
Mr. Bertrand, when did Wall Municipal include coverage for PRIVATE-DUTY NURSES funded by the Wall Taxpayers while in the Hospital? Plan one is certainly Platinum Plan coverage offered vs. the State Plans that are offered. I thought the coverage would be similar to the state plans offered just self-insured but they are different.
I also do not see private duty nursing even covered in the ANY of state health benefits plans being offered so I am wondering when this started in Wall Twp. and if this is allowed. I have included the DCA, Governor's Office, and the Comptroller's office here who may know better.
Kindly return this information today I requested under OPRA Machine as a PDF ONLY ON OPRA MACHINE the complete set of information I requested and answers to these simple questions. I will include the rates and summaries via e:mail as they are not cutting and pasting into OPRA Machine.
