Dear Ramsey Borough,

I am writing to request public records under OPRA and the common law right of access. Please note that I am not obliged to use an official form for this request.

In my previous OPRA request from October 6, 2023, Lt. Casey Hines, provided a catalog of the Ramsey Police Policies and Procedures Documents. I wish to request copies of the following fourteen (14) Ramsey Police Policies and Procedures Documents referenced below:

Please see attached policies, as requested. The Juvenile Policy requires
an update from the State of NJ, which has yet to be released.  The
Domestic Violence Civilians policy is supplemented by Bergen County
Prosecutor's Office updates, which they may be able to provide.  Thank
