Request for federal funding records
Dear Holmdel Board of Education,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
1) Dollar amount of all funding Holmdel school district received via the three federal stimulus bills - CARES, CRRSA and ARP
2) Holmdel’s uses of aforementioned funding.
3) NJDOE’s requirements to receive aforementioned funding.
4) Holmdel’s “Safe Return to In-Person Instruction and Continuity of Services Plan” which we submitted to the NJDOE to show that we met their requirements.

CARES: $174,580 (of which $39,065 is Non-Public School Funding)
CRRSA: $605,577
ARP IDEA: $189,698
ARP ESSER: $1,541,097 (Currently pending state approval)

CRRSA: For pandemic purchases (PPE/supplies), Out of District Tuition,
summer and extended day programs, instructional supplies, consulting
services, and professional development
ARP IDEA: For Out of District Tuition, professional services and salaries
ARP ESSER: For PPE/supplies, summer and extended day programs,
behaviorist consultant, targeted extended day programs.
