Request for environmental records from 1900 and forward
Dear Spotswood Borough,
I am conducting a preliminary site assessment. Please provide any/all Site Remediation Program records pertaining to 85 Main Street (Block 88888, Lot 1//Block 101, Lots 4 & 5) in Borough of Spotswood, Middlesex County, New Jersey. If available provide any information available from 1900-forward for open/closed environmental records, reports, notices, issued violations, or permits issued regarding to Land Use, EPA contacts and correspondences building construction, building demolition, health violations, hazardous spills or releases, illegal dumping, improper storage procedures, bulk storage, storage tanks (e.g., UST’s or AST’s), groundwater contamination, on-site wells, septic systems, Right to Know, filed maps, easements, radon inspection, or environmental cleanups.
