2. Exhausted Candidates as of April 9, 2025

Additionally, for the same above symbols, I request a list of all individuals who have been certified and referred to the agency for employment and or exhausted from each of the aforementioned eligibility lists as of April 9, 2025. This information may be provided in one of the following formats:
• A separate list detailing all exhausted candidates for each symbol, or
• An annotated version of the original eligibility list clearly indicating which individuals have been exhausted (e.g., through highlighting, marking, or notation).

Dear Civil Service Commission,

I am writing to request an internal review of the Civil Service Commission’s handling of my Open Public Records Act (OPRA) request, titled “Request for Eligibility and Certified Lists”.

As of today’s date, I have not received any response to my request, nor an acknowledgment of receipt, in violation of the statutory timeframes established under N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5(i), which requires a response within seven (7) business days. As a result, the request is now deemed denied by operation of law.

I respectfully request that the Civil Service Commission immediately produce the requested records, or provide a legally sufficient written response setting forth the specific grounds for any denial under OPRA, as required by N.J.S.A. 47:1A-6. If any portion of the request is unclear, or if additional time is needed, the agency was required to communicate with me within the statutory response period, which did not occur.
