The Township of Bloomfield received your Open Public Records Act (OPRA)
Request on February 25, 2020.  As such, the seven (7) business day
deadline to respond to your request is March 5, 2020.  This response to
your request is being provided to you on the 1^st  business day after the
Township’s receipt of said request.

 

Your OPRA request sought access to the following:

“All permits, applications, exemptions, inspections and completed
documents associated with operation of swimming pool and spa owned by 24
Hour Fitness, for location at 75 Route 22 East, Springfield, NJ.
 Emergency plan for the swimming pool/spa at this facility.”

ONLY documents in the Township’s possession responsive to your request:

 

1.       The Township of Bloomfield has no documents regarding this
request because the gym is not located in the town.
