I am writing to formally request, under the Open Public Records Act (OPRA), I am requesting from the Sheriff’s Office, any rule, regulation, or standard operating procedure regarding residency requirements.
Furthermore, I would like to request a copy of the Collective Bargaining Agreement for Sheriff's Officers employed by your county.

The Morris County Sheriff’s Office (“Sheriff’s Office”) records custodian
received your Open Public Records Act (“OPRA”) request on April 1, 2024.
