Pursuant to the New Jersey Open Public Records Act, I request any non-exempt dispatch logs, CAD records, and a list of officers or units dispatched to the area near Burnside Avenue, Williams Street, and Lincoln Avenue in Cranford, NJ, on September 29, 2025, between 5:20 PM and 6:20 PM. Additionally, I request any records or communications indicating mutual aid or assistance provided by neighboring or outside law enforcement agencies during this incident. I also request any publicly released reports or statements related to this incident. If portions of the records are exempt, please provide the non-exempt portions with appropriate redactions and cite the legal basis for any denial.
