Request for Covid-19 records from the business at 100 Redneck Avenue, Moonachie, NJ.

The request was refused by Bergen County.

Dear Bergen County,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

OSHA Complaint No. 1946326 mentioned several confirmed positive Covid-19 cases in 2022 at the business at 100 Redneck Avenue, Moonachie, NJ. The complaint showed the confirmed positive Covid-19 case(s) were not reported to the essential employees who were in close contact with the confirmed Covid-19 case(s) at this location. The records show these employees at this location do business with other corporations and the public. The OSHA complaint was closed on 11/7/22 because OSHA claimed no hazard existed, but the case was reopened on 12/2/22.

Under Public Law 116-136, § 18115(a), all positive Covid-19 cases are sent to the (STLT) public health departments as described in the guidance.

I'm requesting confirmed employee-positive Covid-19 records & other related Covid-19 records from 11/1/21 to 10/1/22 from the business located at 100 Redneck Avenue in Moonachie, NJ.

Yours faithfully,

Eli R. King
