This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
Copies of Form N-RDF, "State of New Jersey Nonresidential Development Certification/Exemption," that have been completed in full or in part, for all applicable development projects considered and/or approved by the Township, for each year: 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018.
The documents requested should reflect the names and signatures of all parties, as required by law.
Please acknowledge receipt of this request and advise of any anticipated delay, or extension of time required, beyond the time allotted by law for OPRA requests.

I did not receive any copies of Form N-RDF for any commercial or mixed-use property.
Other records appear to be incomplete, without dates, signatures, etc.
