Request for Code Violation
Dear Livingston Township,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
1. A list of all the residential properties with code violations that include fire damage, overgrown grass, overgrown weeds, junk, boarded houses/windows, vacant properties.
2. All condemned properties
3. All properties with delinquent water and sewer which date back up to 1 year, including amounts owed
4. All properties currently listed with water shut-off notice
5. All properties with notices of abatement

identify the start date and end date of the list for which you seek a
"properties in violation report'
"2. All condemned properties" The Township does not make maintain or keep
on file a list of condemned properties.
"3. All properties with delinquent water and sewer which date back up to 1
year, including amounts owed" Additional time is needed to respond to
this request. A formal answer will be provided on or before January 30,
2023.
"4. All properties currently listed with water shut-off notice" Additional
time is needed to respond to this request. A formal answer will be
provided on or before January 30, 2023.
"5. All properties with notices of abatement" Please clarify your request
to identify the time frame for which you seek any "notices of abatement"

Department have advised our office that the Township does not make,
maintain or keep on file a list of properties which are fire damaged,
vacant, abandoned or have boarded houses/windows . Please find attached a
copy of the "ComplaintResponseForms120122-013123' responsive to your
request. The telephone numbers have been redacted pursuant to NJSA
47:1A-1.1.
"2. All condemned properties" The Township does not make maintain or keep
on file a list of condemned properties.
"3. All properties with delinquent water and sewer which date back up to 1
year, including amounts owed" The Tax Department has provided the
attached "Utility Delinquent Report by Account Id as of 013023.pdf"
"4. All properties currently listed with water shut-off notice" There are
no records responsive to your request.
"5. All properties with notices of abatement" Please find attached a
copy of the "ComplaintResponseForms120122-013123'. The telephone numbers
have been redacted pursuant to NJSA 47:1A-1.1
