To Alsaidi Chang Hamdan,
In response to your OPRA, the release of the footage related to case
24-30103 was discussed with our Borough Attorney Michael Pasquale. Due to
the footage depicting a juvenile receiving medical treatment throughout
and the incident that occurred, the release of the footage has been deemed
impermissible under the circumstances.
Should you have follow up questions, our Borough Attorney is CC’ed on this
email.
