Request for Bodycam footage(FOIA)
Dear Town of Belvidere,
Dear Public Records Officer,
Under the Public Record Law Act, I respectfully request all available footage associated with Incident Case Number: - 2023-004099
Should there be any fees associated with fulfilling this request, I kindly ask that you limit the production to only the following specific body-worn and car-cam recordings:
* Officer Names & Car-cam names:
Cpl. Burdge = bodycam
Under penalty of N.J.S.A. 2C:28-3, I certify that:
1. I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of this state, another state, or the United States.
2. I, or another person, WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
3. I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.
Could you please identify which specific body-worn camera and dashcam footage are being disclosed in your response? For any footage not provided, kindly include the name of the officer and a written explanation detailing the legal or administrative grounds for the denial or unavailability.

Good evening,
I attached a link for one section of video requested that had to have
information redacted ffor 2023-004099. The remaining video will be
submitted via a separate email. Video for Cpl. Burdge and other officers
would need to be requested through their departments as I do not have
access to it. Cpl Burdge is with the Washington Twp Police department,
along with New Jersey State Police Washington Barracks. Please let me know
if there are any issues with any video.
