Ms. Ratke,
Attached you will find a service charge fee that was prepared to help complete your voluminous OPRA request to obtain BWC pertaining to an incident (24039142). In order to fulfill your OPRA request, we ask for half the payment ($397.30) up front via certified check made out to the Township of Edison and please note in memo “Incident #24039142 OPRA request.” If I am able to complete the request in a shorter time frame, I will advise and I will adjust the service fee accordingly. Please advise if you choose to proceed with the Special Service Fee to obtain the BWC stated above.

Dear Police OPRA,
First of all I would like to take this conversation to my email, as whenever you will provide me with the link of BCFs then OPRAmachine might hide the credentials or make the link inaccessible for me, that's why this is my email id PublicRecord @ ssbmedia(dot)net
(Please remove the spaces ' ' from the email as Opramchine does not allow emails to be seen, also replace (dot) with '. ')
Secondly, I am ready to pay the sum amount, but only when this conversation takes place in the our emails. I have all payment methods available but I would prefer money order the most. If you email me then please mention subject of this request (Request for Body-worn Camera Footage (FOIA) 24003210).
Thank you, and waiting for your reply.
Yours sincerely,
Carli Ratke
