Requesting copies of all available audio recordings of 911 calls and non-emergency police calls regarding (360 Crowells rd, Аpt C, Highland Park, NJ, 08904 ) within the past [01.01.2016 - present], if permissible under the law.

Also, requesting copies of all available audio recordings of 911 calls made by neighbors regarding fire-related incidents at [ 360 Crowells rd, Apt C, Highland Park, NJ, 08904, on these dates :

04.28.2022 at 12.26 pm
03.04.2023 at 21.54 pm
04.07.2024 at 20.02 pm

If any of these records are not publicly available under OPRA, please provide an explanation of the applicable exemptions.

I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.

I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.

Highland Park Police Officers are dispatched by Rutgers University Police
Department as
part of a shared-service agreement. As such, some records are maintained
by and must be
requested through Rutgers University.
Examples of records that are maintained by Rutgers University include:
 CAD Reports
x 9-1-1 Calls Logs
x Radio Transmissions

A CAD Report is the initial documentation of a call and includes
information such as date,
time, location, officers dispatched, incident notes, and parties involved.
