Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.

I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.

I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.

I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

Records requested:

On 4/19/2022 public bus route in central Jersey # 317 traveling on 18th avenue coming from the direction of wall twp (or returning from stops closer to shore points on line)heading towards or into the town of Belmar to next stop at approximately 10:40 am which closest to front of 711 on Main Street in Belmar , nj. Surrounding ring doorbell camera footage and clips have confirmed initial suspicions that this bus at some point made contact with a vehicle making it involved in a traffic accident unbeknownst to driver or possibly even occupants riding as it appears to have made contact driver side to drivers side of with a car traveling opposite direction on 18th driving n a black 2016 Kia optima and damage having been done to front drivers wheel well being slightly bent on drivers side however it’s believed contact was made regardless of fault or liability right as these two cars were riding over a large railroad speed bump across 18th ave while passing in opposite directions one vehicle crossed or swayed too closely to other causing impact or collision this is a large safety railroad/track speed bump in place to drastically keep speeds reduced in this area on this road which does at times require vehicles and traffic to entirely stop to allow train to proceed through this hump appears to have contributed to why the driver didn’t feel or maybe didn’t recognize contact as it was never observed slowing down, pulling over or stopping to inquire about it or report it but we believe bus potentially swayed or call went too close to bus over line while traveling over this large bump in differing directions that car side definitely made contact with a bus simultaneously resulting in the driver of that vehicle having hit her head pm glass windshield causing her to lose conscious temporarily while car drastically had reduced speeds from passing hump only slowly rolling towards intersection with light red at time but thankfully she rolled slowly into a car that was stopped at 4 way lighted intersection saving her from potentially ending up deadly if she had rolled through it unconscious had this car not been stopped at light to prevent it . Driver had a bad concussion and due to having suffered multiple major head injuries on past /over the course of her life, she had a concussion that didn’t initially allow her to recognize all details or know exactly what happened until much later at which time officers didn’t want to amend or edit reports nor initiate an investigation as they should have by law but now we are seeking only any reports of potential collision or damage potentially later found on bus that driver couldn’t explain potentially as impact was minimal to bus but more so harsh on small sedans having drivers head impact crack windshield from contact so impact was enough for Kia to have bent tire well on drivers side and cause impact to render her unconscious so I was seeking any info on public transport and if you know direct contact or person contact info that can facilitate an investigation or possibly share the footage or info need even if any passengers of same bus maybe felt or reported the impact in a complaint later or report, copies of anything related to the above bus line specifically on that very same day around the same given time roughly if possible to acquire stored or saved video/audio footage that is present anywhere in the bus and actively recording then it’s something I need for the early morning hours of 4/19/2022 can pay fee for copy or be sent access to digital copy to view online what ever is easiest for you to acquire habit together. Any video or audio or any recording from this bus line on this day above at approximately time potentially evidencing this collision or impact including possible passengers making later complaints or reports witnessed what driver didn’t recognize contact or maybe she did but pretended to ignore impact and continued to driving as witnesses claim bus made no attempt to yield or pull over while traveling on 18th. Any reports, statements or potential evidence of related damaged possibly unexplainable but visible on bus driver side anything avail and still being stored or kept as per and in accordance with local and state laws .
