Request for any policy, SOP, directive, rules and regulations or written or verbal order regarding requesting and approving police officer overtime
Dear Stafford Township,
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.
I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

Please provide any policy, standard operating procedure, rules and regulations, written or verbal orders, or any other guidance pertaining to requesting and approving overtime of Stafford Township Police Officers, as well as the type of overtime management system used by employees to request and approve overtime.
My preferred delivery method for response(s) to this request is by E-mail as attachments. Please confirm you have received this request. If you are not the custodian of records, please forward my request to that person and provide their email address to me for future reference.

Step-by-Step Instructions:
1. Check Spam / Junk Folder
Locate the email from [email address]. If it is in your junk or spam folder, please move it to your inbox to ensure all links and functions work properly.
2. Open the Link in the Email
Click the link provided in the email from [email address] to access the Polaris Utility portal.
3. Click "Send Code"
On the Polaris website, click the "Send Code" button to generate a one-time verification code.
4. Check Your Email Again
A new email will arrive with the verification code. Be sure to check your spam/junk folders if it doesn't appear promptly.
5. Enter the Verification Code
Return to the Polaris site and input the code in the designated field.
6. Review Available Files
After verifying your identity, the system will display all documents available for download.
7. Click "Download All"
To download all materials, simply click the "Download All" button.
8. Download to Your Device
Your files will begin downloading automatically. This may take a few minutes, depending on the file size, and will run in the background while you continue other tasks.
