Pursuant to the New Jersey Open Public Records Act, I request access to the following government records:
Location: 100 Memorial Drive at or near the intersection with Springwood Avenue, including the grassy strip adjacent to the sidewalk.
Timeframe: January 1, 2023 through present.
Please note: The City has previously acknowledged that this area falls under municipal ownership and/or responsibility.
Requested Records:
1. All complaints, service requests, or reports concerning conditions, hazards, or maintenance issues at this location.
2. All maintenance, inspection, repair, or removal records for this location, including but not limited to:
- Sidewalk-adjacent areas
- Grassy strips
- Signposts, metal posts, or embedded fixtures
3. All work orders (open, closed, or pending) relating to this location, including records of incomplete or delayed repairs.
4. Any incident reports, injury reports, or claims involving this location.
5. Any internal correspondence, including emails, referencing this location or conditions at this location.
6. Any photographs, videos, or inspection images depicting this area.
7. Any records relating to installation, removal, or maintenance of signage, posts, or fixtures at or near this location.
If access to any records is denied, please provide the specific legal basis for the denial pursuant to OPRA.
