Pursuant to your OPRA request regarding the above-referenced property,
attached please find permit cards for permits on file which were closed
out satisfactorily.  Kindly be advised there is an open permit,
#2021-0153, which was issued on March 11, 2021 for “relocate kitchen,
remodel 2 baths, change roof line, add bedroom and bath, add 2 HVAC”. 
This permit is scheduled for final inspections on August 10 and 12, 2021.
