Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-5(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.

Building Permits and Certificates
All open and closed building, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC permits for the unit or building.
Certificates of Occupancy or compliance, including for any renovations or additions.
Code Enforcement and Violations
Records of open or closed property maintenance, building code, fire code, or zoning violations for the unit or building.
Inspection reports or notices of violation issued by the municipality.
Taxes, Liens, and Assessments
Current and past property tax records.
Any municipal liens, special assessments, or outstanding charges affecting the unit or building.
Condo-specific Zoning or Planning Approvals
Any zoning approvals, variances, or site plan approvals relevant to the building or unit.
