Dear Ocean County Soil Conservation District,

Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-5(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.

I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

Records requested: I am requesting all complaints pertaining to the location Block 343 lots 12, 14, and 16. Specifically, I am requesting the information on the complainant, means of the complaints, the complaining party, how the complaint was received, any phone numbers, emails, or letters complaining about that location. I would like the dates and times of all complaints received, who responded to the complaints and the date they responded to the property. There is no limitation on this time frame.
