*Any rental registrations, Landlord Registration Statements, or documentation of compliance with NJSA 46:8-27 to 46:8-37.

*Any records from the City or State confirming whether the property was legally registered as a rental.
6. Fire Department Inspection Reports

*Any records of inspections, fire safety certificates, violations, or complaints.
7. Health Department Complaints or Reports

*Any documentation involving mold, infestation, sewage, water damage, or other health hazards.
