Dear Ocean County Sheriff's Department,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested: 911 call recording from 12/27/2023 made around 6pm. Call should have been made by Ronald Jelinsky phone number (732) 337-9816 in reference to an unresponsive woman, Joanne Bartsche. Would like to request the police report from that day as well.

Yours faithfully,
Danielle R. Bartsche
