This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

Any and all records from 1.1.2010 to 9.28.2022 for 114 Clementon Road, Berlin, NJ 08009, tax, water and sewer records including bills, delinquency and tax sale information.

Any and all records from 1.1.2010 to 9.28.2022 for copies of checks drafted/made payable to James Pearce as Councilman or personally for payment of any stipend, salary (other than listed on the salary ordinance), and or reimbursement issued for any reason. If paid by a purchase order please also include a copy.

Any and all records from 1.1.2010 to 9.28.2022 involving James Pearce or Jim Pearce as Councilman or personally involved in any manner, either as the complainant or accused, involving any tort claim, civil complaint or litigation, employee complaint or litigation, harassment complaint or litigation and or bias complaint or litigation.

Any and all police records/reports/arrest or police response from 1.1.2010 to 9.28.2022 for 114 Clementon Road, Berlin, NJ 08009 and or involving James Pearce or Jim Pearce 7.9.1966. If certain dates or records are being withheld and or information being removed, please respond with explanation.
