Call logs, CAD entries, dispatch records, and incident summaries related to any wellness checks during the specified timeframe.
Any audio recordings or transcripts, including dispatcher notes, call-taker summaries, or computer-generated transcripts, for calls dash cam body cam as well
Any officer reports, narratives, or field notes associated with those wellness checks.
The names and badge numbers of the responding officer(s) assigned to each wellness check as well as any body cam footage from the moment of the call solely pertaining to this. I am not requesting personally identifying information of complainants or third parties. If necessary, I am willing to accept redacted records.
