Dear Englewood Cliffs Borough,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested: Any and all records, reports, recordings, video footage of a 2009 attempted motor vehicle stop, leading to a pursuit of Englewood Police Officer Greg Martin. The eventual stop was made in the City of Englewood on Engle Street. Suspected DUI.
