Dear Mr. Ginnane, 
The distrcit is in receipt of your Open Public Records ACt (OPRA) request
dated December 5, 2024 which stated:
"Dear Jersey City Board of Education,
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA
and the common law right of access.  I am not required to fill out an
official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request
per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including
all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place
of a completed form as a valid government record request.

I HAVE been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New
Jersey, any other state, or the United States.  These are victimless
crimes and in no way associated with children.

I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.

I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.  I am
seeking records in order to protect myself and innocent people around my
home from the reckless endangerment currently not being addressed. 

Records requested:

Without providing any identifying information, I am seeking the number of
reports that involve the following symptoms or events...
Ear Aches
Headaches/Migraines
Nausea
Unruly students or students acting considerably impatient when its
multiple students all behaving in this manner at the same time. 
Any other suspicious condition wherein the source could not be identified
or wherein students are explaining a 'noise' but the adults can not
identify the same.

There is an element that is recklessly endangering the children at the
Mcauliffe School and any within ear shot of my neighbors that are
unknowingly causing it 100 ft or less from classroom windows.  The damage
is permanent.  It specifically impedes the ability for the child to hear
certain consonants for the remainder of their lives and ends up making
them appear feeble because of the mistakes that are made socially
communicating.  There is an abundance of data on this and there is no
opposing data that puts the widely accepted fact that high frequency noise
exposure leads to permanent hearing loss.  Please pick any audiologist in
the phone book and consult with them if there is any doubts to these
claims.

I am being stalked and the individuals have been recklessly endangering
everyone around me. Children should not be exposed to acts of torture as
they are well within ear shot.  It also appears that the school property
is being used while the building is empty (i.e. - the P.A. systems that is
controlled via Central, not directly at the school).

My preferred delivery method for response(s) to this request is not by
E-mail as attachments.  I have no confidence in the security of my email
platform due to continued unauthorized access.  Please mail hard copies to
