Dear Salem City,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

PLEASE PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING REPORTS IN ELECTRONIC FORMAT:
1) System Input Volume (amount of water that entered the water supply system in 2022,2021, 2022).

2) Authorized Consumption (exported water which includes both metered and unmetered water) for 2020, 2021, 2022

3) Water Losses (difference between system input volume and authorized consumption). 2020, 2021, 2022

4) Apparent losses (non-physical losses in water system operations due to meter inaccuracies, data handling errors in billing and unauthorized consumption, and unaccounted for water) 2020, 2021, 2022
