Dear NJ Department of Health Division of Public Health Infrastructure, Laboratories and Emergency Preparedness,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message. I am writing by request of the Office of EMS itself that stated this venue was the best to obtain said records.

Records requested:
Reportable events for SCTU, BLS, MAV, ALS, and Air Medical licensees for 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023. Records need not contain licensees or other identifying information. Data is to be used to extrapolate what operations have the highest risk and to help a trade association provide focused patient safety training to licensees.
