Dear South Amboy City,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

At the 5/26/20 meeting, there was a request made by three Council members to receive a report regarding the new developer that had purchased Woodmont. I am requesting a copy of this report.

If the report was never put together, please let me know. Before denying this request outright, please see below for a quote I pulled from the approved meeting minutes on the City's website.

"Council President Gross: Agree with Mr. Reilly and Mr. McLaughlin that it would be good to get a report from SARA regarding the new developer that had purchased Woodmont."
