Please accept this electronic request for public records made under Title 39, the OPRA, and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-5(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.
I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.

1) pursuant to NJSA 39:4-131, a complete copy of the motor vehicle crash report for the fatal pedestrian strike on January 3, 2026, at approximately 1:25 A.M., in front of the Quality Chevrolet on Rt. 9 South in Old Bridge
2) copies of all video recordings of the crash identified above and police response to it, including bodyworn camera and MVR recordings.
3) all 911 call recordings reporting the crash identified above

911 audio recordings for this case. Therefore, I am unable to fulfill this
portion of your request.
