Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.

I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.

I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.

I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

Records requested:

am requesting an opportunity to obtain all body-cam footage, dash-cam footage from police vehicles, and any incident reports pertaining to incident # 2025-00499, which occurred on 2025-Feb-11.

If multiple officers with active BWC responded to this incident, I would appreciate footage POVs of a primary and secondary arresting officer. I apologize for not being able to provide you with the arrestee's name, or time and location of incident, I hope the information provided will nonetheless be enough to retrieve these records.

Dear Keri,

As the OPRA request I submitted initially to your authority, which you then forwarded on to the individual you claimed to be the proper custodian of the records in my request, has gone nearly ten full days without any engagement, update, or even acknowledgment of any kind from whomevver the request went to - I am considering this request delayed beyond the prompt timeline for a response OPRA requests should keep to by law and, without anything to speak against it, ignored by the record custodian and authorirty which passed my request along.

My request has been resubmitted directly to the authoriry you said was the custodian of the requested records with specific mention of this intial request having been submitted without any attempt to deliver what was requested.

This request will not be further engaged with on my end as there is nothing seemingly for me to engage on or communicate with.
