Dear Mandy Renner,
You have attached council meeting minutes for Oct - Dec 11, 2023, however you have not included minutes from the the January Reorganization Meeting from 2022, 2023 and 2024. The 2022 and 2023 reorg minutes should be available since they are from meetings 2 and 3 years ago respectively. The 2024 reorg meeting of course was from January 2024. Can you please let me know if the City Clerk is able to produce them or not?
