In regards to your submitted OPRA request, attached please find the only responsive record that was provided to the Municipal Clerk's Office in response to your request. The attached was provided by the Housing Bureau. Please be advised that individual's names have been redacted from the attached document.

While the City strives to be transparent in responding to OPRA requests, Daniel's Law cannot be ignored. Thus, to avoid a violation of Daniel's Law, even an unintentional violation, the City has determined that it will not be releasing the names and addresses of individual owners and names of tenants pending further guidance on Daniel's Law. Such personal information is being removed or redacted from records going forward. Since the removal and/or redaction only applies to the release of personal information [names and addresses], if the name of the owner, tenant and the address of a property is listed under a partnership, corporation etc., removal or redaction of that information is not necessary.
