3): Any and all records, including the hardship application filed by the property owner, related to agenda item that was carried during the February 13th, 2023 Rent Levelling Board Meeting.

*NOTE: We do not have the address in question for the hardship application filed by the property owner. We believe it was on the agenda for the Rent Leveling Board that occurred on February 13th 2023 Since it was on the agenda – it is our understanding that the Rent Levelling Board should be able to locate this information as it is public record (but not listed anywhere on the City’s website).
