This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested: All environmentally-related records for property located at 183 Milford Road, East Windsor, NJ (Block 20.06, Lot 4.03) including spills, violations, compliance, aboveground and underground storage tanks, septic systems, hazardous materials and petroleum products, wells, ownership and operator history, discharges, hazardous wastes, permits, historic fill material, sumps, process activities, transformers, all previous environmental and geotechnical reports, and all subsurface environmental sampling data.
