TTI is conducting a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment of 215-229 Dorchester Drive, East Windsor, NJ, 08512, also denoted by Block 86, Lots 4 and 5.
Requesting the following documents:
Construction/building Dept: permits for the installation/removal of underground storage tanks (USTs), septic systems, potable wells, building/construction permits, renovations, lead based paint abatement, asbestos removal, etc.
Health Department: documents pertaining to release of hazardous materials/petroleum products, well abandonment, septic removal
Fire Dept: communications center response for the release of hazardous materials
Current tax map including the property.
***Requesting documents to 1940 or what is considered reasonably ascertainable to review

Good afternoon,
East Windsor Township received your Open Public Records Act (OPRA) request on August 8, 2022. As such, the seven (7) business day deadline to respond to your request is August 17, 2022.
Your request requires additional time beyond the seven (7) business days to fulfill due to the size of the file and the information being requested. OPRA allows custodians to seek extensions of time pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5.i. Specifically, OPRA states that, “the requestor shall be advised by the custodian when the record can be made available. If the record is not made available by that time, access shall be deemed denied.”
Your request requires an extension of time until August 30, 2022, which is an additional nine (9) business days to gather the information from the files.
