TTI is conducting a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment of the properties adjacent to one another located at 565 Rt. 73 North and 140 Cooper Road in Berlin Township, Camden County, NJ, 08091 also denoted by block 1002, and lots 3 and 4 respectively.

TTI is requesting the following documents:
Construction/Building Department: permits for the installation/removal of underground storage tanks (USTs), septic systems, potable wells, building/construction permits, renovations, lead based paint abatement, asbestos removal, etc.
Health Department: documents pertaining to release of hazardous materials/petroleum products, well abandonment, septic removal
Fire Department: communications center response for the release of hazardous materials
Current tax map including the property.
***Requesting documents to 1940 or what is considered reasonably ascertainable to review

The Camden County Custodian of Records received your Open Public Records
Act request on 7/5/2022.

The Camden County Health Department, Camden County Hazmat Unit and the
Environmental Affairs Office conducted a search of their files and
informed our office that there are no responsive documents to your request
for “removal of underground storage tank records (UST’s), … septic
systems, potable wells, … lead based paint abatement, asbestos removal,
etc.,… documents pertaining to release of hazardous materials/petroleum
products, well abandonment, septic removal” for the two properties listed
on your request only.  No records exist.  Additionally, your request for
"building/construction permits, renovations, … Fire Department, … Current
tax map including the property” refer to both the municipalities
departments and the local fire department for records. Please note for
future requests in order to conduct a search on “immediate vicinity (i.e.
adjoining properties)" you must supply the complete address and block and
lot numbers of each property on a request.
