Any files or documents related to research/due diligence on BC/AC providers, including, but not limited to, user feedback (i.e. parents), user input on potential new vendors, etc
Final signed contract with Right At School
Phone records of conversations between BOE members and potential vendors
Copies of the RFPs, including all amendments and all RFIs received from vendors along with answers
Date of RFP publication along with methods and dates of every method used to publish (electronic, direct mail, system, newspaper advertisements, etc)
Responses by all vendors to RFP/RFQs
RFP scoresheets and any emails or files that reference the creation of the scoresheet criteria
Prior Year BC/AC contracts
Requirements for Qualification of individual providers
