This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

Any and all incident reports, 911 calls, CAD reports regarding complaints from any citizens of Westville, New Jersey of a loose, aggressive dog owned by Gary Golembeski, 620 Broadway, Westville, New Jersey between August 1, 2023 and February 29, 2024. Also any CAD records of phone calls, incident reports, made by the Westville Police Department from Erica Torres of an aggressive loose dog at or near 616 Broadway, Westville, New Jersey.
