Reimbursement for overpayment of Health Insurance Premiums (for NJ Direct 10)
Dear Atlantic City,

Records requested:
I am request a list and amounts paid for the reimbursement of overpayment (overcharge) to employees of the City of Atlantic City who opted for NJ Direct10 State Health Benefits Program after employees were forced into the NJ Direct15 of the SHBP.
The overcharge commenced in 2017 through 2022 and was reimbursed due to a grievance filed by PBA Local 24.
