Registration of Vacant/Abandoned Properties and Fees
Dear Town of Phillipsburg,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
As per Ordinance §448-3 Property Maintenance & Registration of vacant & abandoned properties, I am requesting a list of each property and associated registration fees and renewal fees for the time period of January 1, 2018 - July 14, 2021.
If a list does not exist, I am requesting each individual registration statement submitted as per the above ordinance and associated fees charged and collected for the same time period.
Financial statements containing the associated revenue for the above ordinance for the same time period.
