– April 11, 2022) Dear Messrs: Good afternoon. Kindly note that the
original request was sent to the New Jersey Office of the Secretary of
State on April 12, 2022, copy attached, regards New Jersey Statute
§19:31-15, “Removal of name from Statewide voter registration system;
change of residence. On April 20, 2022, Ms. Rodriguez was kind to reply to
my request, copy attached, advising that fulfillment of queries 3 and 4
should be directed to the respective individual County Boards of Election.
Accordingly, pursuant to the Open Public Records Act (“OPRA), New Jersey
Statute §47:1A-13, I hereby request the following records be produced, in
the original or common electronic format as described below: 1. Copy of
Notice provided to voter registrant, confirming removal from the voter
records for each such associated name. Where Notice was not received,
confirmation of returned (unopened) Notice envelope, marked with postal
codes affixed to registrant mailing address. 2. List of any corrective
registrant retention action taken which may result in the subject voter
being unimpeded from voting in the 2022 Primary election cycle and,
thereafter, the 2022 General election cycle. County Registrant Records
Removed Morris County -7,030 I am requesting that these records be
produced in the most convenient format in keeping with the OPRA Request
Submission statutes (New Jersey Statute §47:1A-5g). Electronic format
reply via my personal email. If there is expected to be a delay in
providing fulfillment of the requested records, respecting staff
commitments, kindly advise. Should my request not adequately describe the
records to be produced, please contact me via e-mail to clarify same, and
