-documents regarding any variance pending, granted or denied for the property
-complaints filed by the municipality for any other code or other violations issued
-any pending or finalized tax assessments to the property
-any open tax bills/liens and/or utility bills/liens
-information on file or any inspections for environmental issues, water wells, disposal systems and underground storage tanks of any kind on the property
-the current certificate of occupancy for the property
-any document indicating the property is in a flood zone
