Any emails or records between Jay Coffey and Donna Russo (or any other city attorney) and the HCPO office regarding a referral of case involving Brittany Ortiz in the municipal court and illegal activities happening in the Municipal Court System involving but not limited to illegal access to public records system for personal use. Between the years 2019-2022.
