Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-5(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.

I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.

I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.

I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

Records requested:
Pursuant to the New Jersey Open Public Records Act (OPRA), I respectfully request access to and copies of the following government records related to the property located at 320 Bloomfield Avenue, Verona, NJ, and any associated redevelopment designations, zoning determinations, or enforcement actions.

Please include records from January 1, 2025 through the present date.
Specifically, I am requesting:
1. All documents, resolutions, ordinances, studies, or reports relating to redevelopment designations, variance approvals, or zoning classifications affecting 320 Bloomfield Avenue and the surrounding redevelopment area.
2. Any and all records bearing the signature, review, or involvement of zoning officials or staff (including but not limited to Kathleen Miesch) related to redevelopment, zoning determinations, or land use decisions for this property or area.
3. All internal communications, including emails, correspondence, notes, or memoranda between any municipal employees, officials, or board members referencing:
- 320 Bloomfield Avenue
- Home Sweet Home
- The Swan & Scone Tea
- Any zoning classification or enforcement related to use of the premises
4. Any complaints (written, emailed, logged verbal complaints, or reports) received regarding the above property or business.
5. Inspection reports, site visit notes, call logs, or records of any visits to the property.
6. Any zoning determinations, violation notices, warnings, or enforcement actions issued or considered.
7. Any records reflecting interpretation or classification of the business use at this location.

If any portion of this request is denied, please provide the specific legal basis for the denial in accordance with OPRA.
